• Bans, detections, or issues from third-party platforms (e.g., game developers).
• Subscriptions after the first billing cycle or partial use.
• Chargebacks: Attempting one may result in account suspension.

2. Refund Process

3. If approved, refunds process to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (longer for cards/international).

3. Subscription Cancellations

• Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support—no further charges after cancellation.
• No prorated refunds for active billing periods.
• Refunds for the current period only if eligible under Section 1.
